Is it safe to pay for Replavia? Can I leave any time?

Payments go through Stripe, and Replavia never stores your card details. There is no long contract: you can cancel yourself from Billing at any time and keep paid features until your paid period ends.

Try it first, with no card

The free plan needs no payment and no card. It has no time limit. You can test Replavia on your own posts before you decide to pay. See What does the free plan include?

Payments go through Stripe

When you upgrade, you pay on a checkout page run by Stripe, a payment company. Your card details go straight to Stripe. Replavia never stores them.

No long contract

You choose monthly or yearly billing. You pay at the start of each period. The plan renews on its own until you cancel.

If we ever change prices, we tell you first. A new price only applies to future periods.

You can leave yourself

  1. Open Billing from the menu under your initial.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. Cancel on the Stripe page.

You do not need to email or call anyone. Cancelling stops the next renewal. See How to cancel your subscription.

What you keep when you cancel

  • Paid features, until the end of the month or year you paid for.
  • Your automations, leads and settings. Cancelling deletes nothing.

After that, you can carry on with the free plan at no cost. See What happens when you downgrade.

Our refund policy, plainly

  • We do not refund the current month on a monthly plan, or the current year on a yearly plan.
  • You keep paid features until that period ends.
  • If you were charged in error, email us within 14 days of the charge.
  • The same applies if Replavia was down for a long time because of a fault on our side.

We review those cases in good faith. An approved refund goes back to the way you paid. The full text is in our Refund Policy.

You cannot start a second subscription by mistake

If you already pay, Replavia will not open a second checkout. If you leave a checkout before paying, Billing says “Checkout cancelled — no charge was made.”
