In Account settings, Cancel subscription stops billing and keeps your data. Delete account erases your data after a 7-day recovery window, keeping only billing and audit records the law requires.

Cancel or delete: pick the right one

  • Stop paying but keep your data

    Use
Manage subscription on the Billing page
    Your data
Kept. When the paid period ends, automations stop until you click Reactivate. That is free and moves you to the Free plan.
  • Pay less

    Use
    The Billing page
    Your data
Kept. Move to a lower plan there.
  • Leave and remove your data

    Use
    Delete account
    Your data
    Erased after 7 days.

You can do all of this yourself. You do not need to email support.

Cancel your subscription

Open Billing, click Manage subscription, and cancel on the secure Stripe page. The steps, and what you keep, are in How to cancel your Replavia subscription.

The Free plan has nothing to cancel.

Save your leads first

Deleting your account deletes your leads. To keep a copy, open Lead Inbox and click Export CSV before you start. See How to export leads.

Delete your account

  1. Click the round button with your initial and choose Account settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account and click I understand — delete my account.
  3. Tell us why you are leaving, if you want to. This is optional.
  4. Type DELETE in capital letters.
  5. Type your email address.
  6. Type your password. If you sign in with Google, this step is skipped.
  7. Click Schedule account deletion.

What happens next

  • Your automations stop at once, and your Instagram accounts are disconnected.
  • Connections to tools like HubSpot are switched off.
  • A paid subscription is set to end at the close of the period you paid for.
  • We email you to confirm, with a link to undo it.
  • After 7 days, your account and its data are erased for good.

Changed your mind? You have 7 days

Sign in during the 7 days. You see Your account is scheduled for deletion and the date. Enter your password and click Cancel deletion. Google sign-in users just click the button.

Your account comes back. Your automations stay paused and your Instagram accounts stay disconnected. Reconnect them and switch your automations back on when you are ready. See How to reconnect Instagram.

What is kept by law

Some records must be kept even after deletion. These are billing records, like your subscription and payments. We also keep an audit record of account changes, including the deletion itself. This is the proof that the deletion happened.

Good to know

  • Once the 7 days pass, deletion cannot be undone.
  • To remove one person’s details instead of your whole account, see How to delete a lead.
