Why do I see a sponsored card in my dashboard?

Sponsored cards may appear on the Free plan only. They help keep the Free plan free, Replavia picks and shows them itself, and advertisers never receive your account, Instagram or lead details.
The short answer
Replavia has a Free plan. A small card on a few dashboard pages helps pay for it. These cards appear on the Free plan only.
Where it appears
On the Free plan, one card may sit at the bottom or side of these pages:
- Overview
- Automations
- Lead Inbox
- your Instagram accounts page
It never appears inside your automations, your DMs or anything your followers see. It is only in your own dashboard.

A paid card always names the company that paid for it. Our own cards are never labelled as sponsored, because nobody paid for them.
What is shared with advertisers
Nothing that identifies you. Replavia chooses and shows the cards itself. No outside ad network is used.
Advertisers receive only totals, such as how many times a card was shown and how many clicks it got. They do not receive:
- your name, email or account details,
- your Instagram account or posts,
- your leads or contacts,
- a list of who clicked.
When you click a paid card’s button, it passes through a Replavia link first. Your browser is told not to send the advertiser the page you came from.
Who never sees them
You will not see sponsored cards if any of these is true:
- You are on Pro or Scale.
- Replavia gave you complimentary access that has not ended. See Free Pro access.
- A payment failed in the last 14 days.
- Your account is suspended, restricted or being deleted.
How to remove them
Upgrade to Pro or Scale. The cards stop as soon as your upgrade goes through. Click See Pro on our own card, or open Billing. See Plans and pricing.
There is no setting to hide the cards on the Free plan.
Good to know
- If something goes wrong while choosing a card, Replavia shows nothing rather than risk a broken page.
- Paid cards are approved by Replavia before they appear.
