It tells you when two automations would collide
Instagram delivers only one automated DM per comment, so when two automations answer the same one, a DM silently never arrives. Pick your posts and Replavia marks the reels another live automation already uses — in red when it would answer the same comment as yours, quietly when it wouldn’t.
Answers what they mean
Tick “Asking the price” once and your DM automation answers “how much?”, “what’s the cost” and “your rates?” — without you listing every wording. Seven topics, on every plan, and your own keywords always take priority.
Typos still reach you
Someone types “webiner” instead of “webinar” and your automation still answers. Switch it on per automation: it applies to keywords of seven letters or more, forgives a single wrong character, and never guesses at short words — so it can never reply to someone who did not use your keyword.

On Pro and Scale a brand picks what it wants from your page, adds the extras it needs, and sends a brief with its budget. You get the deal on one screen — and when the numbers are clear, whether the offer sits at or below your own asking price. No payment passes through us: it is your enquiry, answered on your terms.

After your link is delivered, add a friendly nudge to follow you. Every lead you help becomes a chance to gain a follower — free on every plan, forever.
Account-safe pacing you control
Up to 60 DMs an hour and 200 a day per account by default, with new connections easing up over their first week and a randomised delay between messages. On Pro you can raise your own limits to 200 an hour and 2,000 a day — or lower them on any plan.
You decide how much the AI publishes
Three settings, not a switch. Every draft can wait for your approval; or only your own saved wording publishes by itself while anything the AI wrote still waits for you; or it all publishes. Auto-publish never skips the brand-safety check.
Your content is never used to train an AI
The providers we use process what we send on our instructions, not their own, and do not train on it. It runs on our AI account under an agreement we signed — you never hand over an API key, and there is no usage bill on top of your plan. Every sub-processor is named individually in our privacy policy.
It answers from your facts, not the internet
Add your pages by link or upload a menu, a price list, a policy — and the AI answers only from those. It is retrieval, not training: your content is never used to train a model, and a reply it cannot ground in your facts is not sent.
It keeps answering after your automation runs out of script
Your automation sends what you wrote, then stops — and the next question goes unanswered. The AI assistant picks the conversation up from there, answers from the facts you gave it, and shares your booking link — your real one, because it is never allowed to write a link itself. You set its tone, what you sell, the things it must never say, and which of your automations it is allowed to take over. It tells people up front that it is automated, and anyone who asks to talk to a person gets handed straight to you.
It knows when to stop and come and get you
After ten replies, the moment somebody asks for a human, or when it cannot answer safely, the assistant steps back and puts that person on your "Waiting for you" list — what they asked, and how long they have been waiting. Longest wait first, because Instagram only allows a reply for 24 hours after their last message. You pick up a conversation, not a transcript.
