- Is Replavia approved by Meta?Replavia uses only the official Instagram API. Its permissions passed Meta App Review in July 2026 and Meta verified our business as a Tech Provider, but that is not an endorsement by Meta.
- How Replavia follows Instagram and Meta platform rulesReplavia asks for only three Instagram permissions and messages only people who contacted you first. Its AI says it is automated, and it deletes data when Meta or the person asks.
- Can a DM automation tool get my Instagram account banned?Any automation tool carries some risk, and no tool can promise how Meta will enforce its rules. Replavia lowers the risk with the official API, paced sending, a warm-up for new accounts and one DM per comment.
- My reel went viral. Will everyone who commented get the DM?Free (limited)Not always: each Instagram account sends at a set pace, 60 DMs an hour and 200 a day by default. Comments that arrive after the limit is reached get no DM, but the person is still saved as a lead.
- Can I make people follow me before I send the link?Every planNo, Meta does not allow holding something back until a person follows you. In Replavia the person always gets the link first, and you can then add a friendly invite to follow.
- How do I spot a fake brand collaboration or ambassador DM?Be careful with brand DMs that ask you to pay a fee, log in through a link, or decide fast, because real brands do not charge you to collaborate. Replavia does not screen your DMs for scams.
- What are Replavia’s sending limits?Free (limited)By default, each Instagram account sends up to 60 DMs an hour and 200 a day. On Pro and Scale you can raise this to 200 an hour and 2,000 a day.
- What is Instagram’s 24-hour messaging window?A business may send someone DMs for 24 hours after that person’s last message. A comment is different: it allows just one private reply.
