How to export leads or send them to Google Sheets, HubSpot or Zapier

Every plan can download its leads as a CSV file from the Lead Inbox. On Scale, new leads can also go straight to Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zapier, Make or your own server.

- Open Lead Inbox in the menu.
- Use the filters if you only want some leads.
- Click Export CSV. The file holds every lead that matches your filters.
The button appears once you have at least one lead. On the Free plan, the file holds the leads you can see, which are your oldest 1,000. See The Free plan.
The file has the username, email, phone, source, account, status, tags, note and the date each lead was captured.
Send leads to other tools (Scale)
Open Lead Inbox, then the Integrations tab. Each tool has its own card. On other plans, the cards show Upgrade to Scale.
Google Sheets

Google Sheets
Click Connect Google Sheets and approve access in Google. Replavia creates the sheet for you. Click Open the sheet to see it, or Sync now to send new leads at once.
HubSpot
Click Connect HubSpot, log in to HubSpot in the popup and approve. New and updated leads then sync on their own about every 30 minutes. Click Sync now to send them at once.
Zapier, Make or your own server
The Webhooks card has a box for Zapier, one for Make and one for Your own endpoint. Each box lists its steps. In Zapier, use the “Webhooks by Zapier” trigger with “Catch Hook”. In Make, use a “Custom webhook”. Copy the web address it gives you and paste it into the box. Then click the button under it. Replavia sends a test call at once.
There is no Replavia app listed inside Zapier or Make. Both connect through their webhook triggers.
API
Click Create API key on the API card. Copy the key right away, because it is shown only once. You can revoke it at any time.

Good to know
- Only leads captured after you connect are sent. Connecting does not copy your older leads. Use Export CSV for those.
- No export or connection ever includes the person’s Instagram user id. Each lead has Replavia’s own lead id instead.
- If someone unsends the message that held their email or phone number, Replavia asks your connected tools to delete it too.
- CSV export is included on every plan. Google Sheets, HubSpot, webhooks and the API are on Scale only. See Plans and pricing.
