- What should I set up in my first week?In your first week, connect Instagram and launch one comment automation from a template. Then add ice breakers, ask for emails, block spam words and publish your media kit, all on the free plan.
- When is it worth moving from Free to Pro?Pro is worth it once you need more than 2 automations, more than 1,500 DMs a month, AI replies, follow-ups or a second account. It costs $9.99 a month, and you can cancel any time.
- When do I need the Scale plan?You need Scale when new leads must flow into HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make or the leads API, or when you run more than 3 Instagram accounts. It costs $29.99 a month.
- How do I turn comments into customers?A comment becomes a customer in steps: a public reply, a DM with your link, a saved lead, then a reminder or follow-up, and the sale on your own site. Replavia handles each step up to the sale and shows where people drop off.
- How do I protect my business if something happens to my Instagram?Collect emails or phone numbers from the people who DM you, download your leads as a CSV file regularly, and keep your own link page and media kit. On Scale, new leads can also go straight to your own sheet or CRM.
