Instagram DM automation for small online shops

Last updated

Replavia answers price, stock and shipping questions in your DMs with answers you write, collects buyers’ emails or phone numbers, and sends tracked links to your product pages. It has no checkout or product catalogue.

The problem

When you run a small shop, Instagram is your shop window and your help desk at once. The same questions arrive all day: price, sizes, stock, shipping. Under your posts, fake “DM this account” comments try to trick your buyers.

Here is what Replavia can take off your hands, and what it cannot.

Answer price, stock and shipping questions

Use a DM automation with topics. Tick the topics your buyers ask about:

  • Asking the price
  • Is it available
  • Shipping and delivery
  • Ready to buy

Then write one answer for each automation. Buyers get it however they phrase the question. Topics are on every plan. See How to answer a DM by topic.

Add ice breakers too, like “Do you ship to my country?”. Add menu links to your shop and size guide.

Answer comments under product posts

Ask people to comment a word, like SIZE or LINK. A comment automation sends them the details or the product link by DM. The Price enquiries template is a quick start. See How to auto-DM people who comment.

Keep buyers’ contact details

In the automation, find Collect their contact info and choose Ask for email or Ask for phone. The buyer types it in the DM, and it is saved in your Lead Inbox. You can ask for one of the two, not both. See How to collect emails and phone numbers.

Add your product page with Send a link button. Replavia counts real clicks on it. On Pro and Scale, a buyer who never opens the link can get one reminder DM. See Track link clicks.

Catch scam comments

Comment Shield flags scam, spam and abusive comments into a review inbox. You hide or unhide each one with one click, on every plan. Nothing is hidden without your click. See How Comment Shield catches spam comments.

What Replavia does not do

  • No checkout or payments. Buyers pay in your own shop. Replavia only sends them the link.
  • No product catalogue. Replavia does not know your stock or prices. It sends the answers you wrote, so update them when things change.
  • No shop connection. It does not read orders or stock from your shop software.
  • It never messages people who did nothing first.
