Is Replavia approved by Meta?

Last updated

Replavia uses only the official Instagram API. Its permissions passed Meta App Review in July 2026 and Meta verified our business as a Tech Provider, but that is not an endorsement by Meta.

The short answer

Replavia is built only on Instagram’s official API. It does not scrape Instagram, and it does not use unofficial tools.

  • Meta App Review: Replavia passed Meta App Review in July 2026. App Review checks which permissions an app may use and why.
  • Tech Provider: Meta has verified our business as a Tech Provider, also in July 2026. This is a separate check of the business behind the app.

How you connect

You connect with Instagram Login, the official login run by Meta. You sign in on Instagram’s own page, not on ours.

Replavia never asks for your Instagram password, and never sees it. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. Switching is free in the Instagram app. See How to connect your Instagram account.

What no tool can promise

Meta decides how it enforces its own rules. No tool can guarantee that Meta will never restrict an account — not Replavia, and not any other app.

What we can do is keep your account inside Instagram’s rules and limits. That lowers the risk. It does not remove it.

What Replavia does to stay inside the rules

These protections are on for every plan. You can see them on the Account safety page, under How we keep you safe. For the full list of platform rules we follow, see How Replavia follows Instagram and Meta platform rules.

  • Sending pace: by default, each Instagram account sends at most 60 DMs an hour and 200 a day. See Replavia’s sending limits.
  • Warm-up for new accounts: a newly connected account sends less for its first 7 days, then rises to its full pace.
  • Human-like timing: replies wait a short, random time before they go out, so they do not arrive in a burst.
  • One DM per comment: Instagram allows one private reply to each comment. Replavia sends at most one, and more only after the person taps or replies.
  • Unsafe keywords refused: you cannot save an automation whose trigger word is about child safety, sex, weapons, violence, illegal drugs or gambling. This is always on.
  • Only people who reached out: Replavia only messages people who commented, replied, mentioned you or sent you a DM. See Instagram’s 24-hour messaging window.
  • Deliver first, then invite: if you invite people to follow you, they always get what they asked for first. Nothing is held back until they follow. See The follow invite.

Good to know

  • Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL to a DM stops automated messages the person did not ask for. See STOP and unsubscribe.
  • If Instagram disconnects your account, for example after a password change, Replavia pauses its automations and tells you. Your automations and leads are kept.
  • The most useful thing you can do is write messages people asked for. Send what you promised in your post, and nothing more.
