Can I make people follow me before I send the link?

No, Meta does not allow holding something back until a person follows you. In Replavia the person always gets the link first, and you can then add a friendly invite to follow.
Open Automations →Many creators want each new lead to become a follower too. That makes sense. But making a follow a condition is not allowed on Instagram.
Why it is not allowed
Meta’s rules on spam name this directly. An app may not require a follow, like or share before someone gets the content they asked for. This is often called follow-gating.
Breaking this rule puts more than one account at risk. Meta can act against the whole app, which would stop every creator who uses it. So Replavia does not offer follow-gating in any form.
What to do instead: deliver first, then invite
The person gets what they asked for first. After that, Replavia can send a friendly invite to follow you. The invite asks; it never blocks.
- Open your automation in Automations.
- Scroll to Invite them to follow and turn on Invite them to follow you.
- Keep the ready-made wording in Your invitation, or write your own.
- Click Save & activate.

Wording Replavia refuses
Replavia checks the invite wording. If it reads as a condition, the automation cannot be saved, and you see why.

Replavia checks the invite only, and only in the patterns it knows. Please do not write a follow condition in your DM text either, in any language.

- Replavia never checks whether someone follows you before sending the link. Your content always goes out.
- With a tappable button, people who already follow you are not asked to follow again.
