What it shows

DM history is a log of the automated DMs Replavia sent on your behalf. It turns “did that lead get my link?” into a question with an answer. A failed send shows up here instead of going unseen.

Each row shows:

  • When (UTC) — the date and time, in UTC.
  • Recipient — the person’s Instagram handle. Click it to open their profile.
  • Automation — which automation sent the DM.
  • Status — what happened to it.

DM history is on every plan, including Free.

Steps

  1. Open DM history in the menu, under Results.
  2. To narrow the list, pick a Status, and a From and To date.
  3. Click Filter. Click Reset to see everything again.
  4. Newest DMs are at the top. Use Next to see older pages.

What each status means

  • Sent

    Meaning
    Instagram accepted the DM.
  • Failed

    Meaning
Instagram did not accept it, or a rate limit stopped it.
  • Limit reached

    Meaning
It was not sent because the month’s free DMs were used up.
  • Skipped

    Meaning
Replavia decided not to send it, for example to avoid a repeat.
  • Unconfirmed

    Meaning
Replavia could not confirm Instagram delivered it. It is not sent again.
  • Pending

    Meaning
It is still on its way.

Good to know

  • Sent means Instagram accepted the message. It does not prove the person opened it.
  • A DM to someone who has not messaged you may land in their message requests, not their main inbox.
  • If you have several Instagram accounts, they all appear together in one list.
  • Sometimes Replavia does not know a person’s handle. Then the recipient shows a number instead, and there is no profile link.
  • Seeing Limit reached? Your free DMs for the month ran out. See I ran out of free DMs. Can I get more?.
  • Seeing many Failed rows? Your hourly or daily pace may be full. See Sending limits.
