# When do I need the Scale plan?

> You need Scale when new leads must flow into HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make or the leads API, or when you run more than 3 Instagram accounts. It costs $29.99 a month.

Pro covers most creators. Scale is for when Replavia becomes one part of a bigger setup, or when you look after many accounts. Scale includes everything in Pro.

## Your leads need to reach other tools

On every plan you can download leads as a CSV file. That works well when you check leads now and then.

When you download a file every day, sync saves that work. New leads arrive in your own tools with no extra work from you.

- **HubSpot:** new and changed leads go into your HubSpot contacts. See [How to connect HubSpot](https://replavia.com/help/connect-hubspot).
- **Google Sheets:** each new lead becomes a row in a sheet in your Google Drive. See [How to send your leads to Google Sheets](https://replavia.com/help/connect-google-sheets).
- **Zapier, Make or your own server:** each new lead is sent the moment it is captured. From there you can reach email tools and many other apps. See [Zapier, Make and webhooks](https://replavia.com/help/zapier-make-and-webhooks).
- **Leads API:** a developer can read your leads from their own code. See [How to use the leads API](https://replavia.com/help/leads-api).

Your connections live under **Lead Inbox**, then **Integrations**.

## You manage many leads at once

On Scale, you can tick several leads in the **Lead Inbox**. Then set their status together, or click **Delete selected**. On Pro you change one lead at a time.

## You run more than 3 accounts

## You use AI a lot

Scale gives you 1,500 AI drafts a month, instead of 250 on Pro. That is one pool for AI comment replies and the AI DM assistant together. A draft that fails is not counted.

## What Scale costs

Scale is $29.99 a month, or $299.90 a year, which gives you 2 months free. Open **Billing** and click **Upgrade to Scale**.

## Good to know

- If you move down from Scale, HubSpot and Google Sheets sync stops. Leads already sent stay in your tools.
- Extra accounts above your new plan are paused after 7 days, never deleted. See [What happens when you downgrade](https://replavia.com/help/what-happens-when-you-downgrade).
- Team seats are not available on any plan yet. There is still one login.
