# How do I share my rates with brands without typing them every time?

> Publish your media kit once and send brands its link, at app.replavia.com/c/ plus your name. Every plan shows your prices; on Pro and Scale, brands can also send you an order from the page.

## The short answer

Put your rates on your media kit once. When a brand asks "what are your rates?", send the link instead of typing them again.

Your rates stay the same in every reply, and you change them in one place.

## Set it up once

1. Open **Media kit** in the menu.
2. Under **Your rates**, set your own prices. Leave a box empty if you do not want to show that price.
3. Add your **Usage rights**, **Revisions**, **Turnaround** and **Payment terms** if you like.
4. Tick **Publish my media kit**, then click **Save media kit**.

## Copy your link

When your kit is live, the screen says **Your media kit is live at** and shows the address. It looks like **app.replavia.com/c/** followed by your name.

The **Share your page** box also lists your addresses, each with a **Copy** button:

- **Media kit** is your rate card.
- **Short link** is a shorter address that fits in a bio.
- **Link page** is your list of links. See [How to make a link-in-bio page](https://replavia.com/help/link-page).

Only the prices you fill in appear. An empty box is not shown.

## Good to know

- On Pro and Scale, offers arrive in **Messages**. See [How brands order from your media kit](https://replavia.com/help/brand-orders).
- On Free, brands reply to you directly, for example by email or DM.
- The prices are yours. No payment passes through Replavia.
- If you untick **Publish my media kit** and save, the link stops showing your kit.
