# Which keywords and posts actually bring me leads?

> In Lead Inbox, open Insights: on Pro and Scale, a table ranks each automation by leads, email rate and hot-lead rate. Every plan also sees a capture health score and lead segments.

- Topic: Leads
- Plans: Free: limited · Pro: included · Scale: included. Free: health score and segments. The source table needs Pro or Scale.

## Why it matters

Most creators run several automations and guess which one is working. **Insights** shows which ones bring people who leave an email or are ready to buy. Then you can put more effort into those posts.

Open **Lead Inbox** in the menu, then the **Insights** tab.

## Keyword and source performance

This table is on **Pro** and **Scale**. On Free it shows **Unlock insights with Pro**.

Each row is one source. A source is the automation that captured the lead, shown by the name you gave it. The columns are:

| Column | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **Leads** | How many leads this automation captured |
| **Email rate** | The share of those leads who left an email |
| **Hot rate** | The share scored as hot leads |

Rows are sorted by number of leads and show the top 20. The table looks at the last 120 days. On a busy account it says **Based on your most recent** 2,000 leads.

**Tip:** the rows use your automation names. Name each automation after its post or keyword, like "Recipe reel - RECIPE". Then the table tells you straight away which post works.

## Lead Capture Health

Every plan sees a score out of 100, with a grade: Excellent, Good, Fair or Needs work. Each part shows its points, so you can see what to fix:

- **Active automations** — up to 20 points, for two or more switched on
- **Connected accounts** — up to 10 points
- **Email capture rate** and **Phone capture rate** — how many leads left each detail
- **Recent activity** — leads in the last 30 days
- **Follow-up readiness** — fewer open leads waiting more than a day scores higher

Most automations ask for an email or a phone, not both. So a low score on one of the two rates is normal.

## Smart segments

Every plan sees counts for groups like these:

- **Hot leads** — several buying signals at once
- **Needs follow-up** — still New or Contacted after 24 hours
- **No response** — waiting over 24 hours and never messaged you back
- **Missing email** and **Missing phone**
- **Pricing asked** — the keyword was about price, cost or a quote

## How a lead becomes hot

Replavia adds up simple signals. A buying word like "price" or "book" counts most. An email, a phone number and arriving in the last 24 hours add more.

The words in your automation's name count too. An automation named "Price list" makes its leads look like price questions.

## Where to see top posts

For posts and keywords, open [Analytics](https://replavia.com/help/analytics). It shows **Top posts** and **Top keywords** on every plan.

## Good to know

- On Free, Insights only counts your first 1,000 saved leads, the ones shown in full.
- Insights reads what happened. It does not change your automations.
