# Can I download or delete all my data?

> Every plan can download its leads as a CSV file, and you can delete your whole account yourself, with 7 days to change your mind. For any other data, email info@replavia.com.

## The short answer

Yes. You can download your leads and delete your data yourself, from the dashboard. For anything the dashboard does not cover, email info@replavia.com. Our [Privacy Policy](https://replavia.com/privacy) gives you the right to “access, correct, export or delete your personal data”.

## Download your leads

1. Open **Lead Inbox**.
2. Click **Export CSV**.

This works on every plan. On Free, the file holds the leads you can see, which are your oldest 1,000. On Pro and Scale it holds all of them. See [How to export leads](https://replavia.com/help/export-and-sync-leads).

There is no single button that downloads everything in your account. To ask for a copy of other data, email info@replavia.com.

## Delete one lead

On Pro and Scale, click the bin icon on a lead’s row in **Lead Inbox**. On Scale you can delete several at once. See [How to delete a lead](https://replavia.com/help/delete-a-lead).

## Delete everything

1. Open **Account settings** from the menu under your initial.
2. Click **I understand — delete my account** and follow the steps.

Your automations stop at once. You then have 7 days to change your mind. After that, your data is erased. The policy commits to erasing it within 90 days. The full steps are in [How to cancel or delete your account](https://replavia.com/help/delete-your-account).

## What is kept

- **Billing records.** The law requires us to keep records of your subscription and payments.
- **An audit record.** We keep a record that the deletion happened.
- **Analytics.** Dashboard analytics held by PostHog are not yet erased automatically. Email us and we will remove them.

## Your followers have rights too

People who message you stay in control of their own details:

- **STOP.** Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL marks them as opted out. See [STOP and unsubscribe](https://replavia.com/help/stop-and-unsubscribe).
- **Unsend.** If they unsend the message with their email or phone, Replavia deletes that detail. It also asks your connected tools to delete it.
- **Meta deletion requests.** If a person asks Meta to delete their data, Replavia deletes it on every account that holds it.
- **Email us.** A follower can also email info@replavia.com. We pass the request to you and delete what we hold.

## Good to know

- Export your leads before you delete your account. Deletion cannot be undone after the 7 days.
- Copies you sent to Google Sheets, HubSpot or other tools stay there. Delete them in those tools.
