# Managing DM automation for several creators or brands from one login

> One Replavia login can run up to 3 Instagram accounts on Pro and up to 20 on Scale. Each account keeps its own automations, sending limits and AI answers, and leads show which account they came from.

## The problem

You look after several creators or brands. Logging in and out of each one is slow, and it is easy to send one brand’s answer from another brand’s account.

Replavia lets one login hold several Instagram accounts. Each one keeps its own setup.

## How many accounts each plan allows

To add one, open **Accounts** in the menu and click **Connect another**. Then sign in on Instagram’s own page with that account. See [Can I connect more than one Instagram account?](https://replavia.com/help/multiple-instagram-accounts)

## What stays separate for each account

- **Automations.** Each automation belongs to one Instagram account. You choose it when you create the automation.
- **Sending limits.** Each account has its own hourly and daily limit. A busy brand does not use up a quiet brand’s limit. See [Sending limits](https://replavia.com/help/sending-limits).
- **Ice breakers and menu.** Each account has its own questions and links.
- **AI facts (Pro and Scale).** Knowledge sources belong to one account. Settings you leave blank for an account use your shared settings, so give each brand its own offer and FAQ. Use **Copy to…** to share a source. See [How to give the AI facts](https://replavia.com/help/knowledge-library).
- **AI DM assistant (Pro and Scale).** Fill in the shared answers, then change the ones that differ for each account.
- **Follow-up emails (Pro and Scale).** Under **Per-account overrides**, each account can have its own sender name and reply-to address.

## See results per account

Every lead records which Instagram account captured it. In **Lead Inbox** and **Analytics**, choose **All accounts** or one account at a time. When a sending limit is near, the warning names the account.

**DM history** lists every account together in one list.

## What Replavia does not do

- **No team seats.** There is one login. Clients and teammates cannot get their own sign-in yet. Team seats are still in development.
- **One media kit per login**, for most accounts. A media kit suits one creator, not several.

## Good to know

- If you move to a smaller plan, extra accounts are paused after 7 days, never deleted. You choose which stay active.
- Reconnecting an account that dropped uses its own place, not a new one.
