## The short answer

No. Replavia does not sell your data, and it does not sell your followers’ data. This is a written promise in our [Privacy Policy](https://replavia.com/privacy).

## What the Privacy Policy says

The policy states it in two parts. In its own words:

> “We do not sell your personal data”

> “we do not use data obtained through the Meta APIs for advertising or to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the Service.”

Data from the Meta APIs includes the comments and DMs your automations act on.

## Your followers’ emails and phone numbers

When a follower shares an email or phone number in a DM, it becomes your lead. The policy says these details are used only to add that person as a contact for you. That means the account owner who ran the automation.

The follower can reply STOP at any time. If they unsend the message with their detail, Replavia deletes it. See [What happens when someone replies STOP](https://replavia.com/help/stop-and-unsubscribe).

## Who does receive data, and why

Not selling is not the same as never sharing. To run the service, some companies must handle data for us. Examples are the database host, the payment company and the email sender.

Each one is named in the policy, with what it receives. See [Which other companies handle my data?](https://replavia.com/help/who-processes-my-data)

Data also goes where you send it yourself. Examples are your Google Sheet, your HubSpot account, or an agency you choose to contact.

## No advertising use

- No advertising pixel runs inside the signed-in dashboard. The policy names the one analytics tool there, PostHog.
- Free plan accounts see promotional placements in the dashboard. The policy says these are “never by sharing your data with an advertiser”.
- Our AI providers do not train their models on what we send. See [Is my data used to train AI?](https://replavia.com/help/ai-privacy-and-your-data)

## Your leads are yours

Our [Terms](https://replavia.com/terms) say: “You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.” You can download your leads or delete them. See [Can I download or delete all my data?](https://replavia.com/help/get-or-delete-all-my-data)

The Terms also ask you not to sell the lead data you export. That protects your followers too.
