# I was given free Pro. When does it end, and what happens after?

> Open Access Center from the account menu to see your complimentary plan and its end date in UTC. When the access ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose Convert to Pro.

## What complimentary access is

Sometimes Replavia gives an account a paid plan for free, for a set time. This is called complimentary access. It is given by the Replavia team. You cannot request it from the dashboard.

While it lasts, you get the paid plan’s features and limits, with no card needed.

## See when it ends

1. Open the account menu and choose **Access Center**. You can also click **Manage access** on the card on your **Overview** page.
2. Look at **Current access**. **Plan:** shows your plan, marked **(complimentary)**.
3. **Expires:** shows the end date in UTC and how many days are left. If it says **never**, your access has no end date.

The page also shows **What you're using**: how many automations are active, how many Instagram accounts are connected, and your current plan.

## What happens when it ends

When your complimentary access ends, your account moves to the Free plan. You pay nothing, and nothing is charged unless you choose to upgrade.

After that, **Access Center** shows **Your complimentary Pro access has ended.** Free plan limits then apply. Your data stays. Leads, automations and settings are not deleted when the plan changes.

## Keep Pro after it ends

1. In **Access Center**, find **Keep Pro after your grant**.
2. Click **Convert to Pro**.
3. Complete the payment page. This button starts a yearly Pro plan.

## Good to know

- The end date is shown in UTC. Depending on where you live, that can be a few hours earlier or later than your local midnight.
